The program focuses on providing real, paid work, creating an environment of equal opportunities and enhancing job inclusion, with personalized and continuous support to each participant, whether it is a business or a mental health service user.
The EGYA network provides an holistic, person-centered support to the job candidates including employment counseling and psychosocial support, via its specialized teams of Job Coaches and Mental Health Professionals (e.g. Psychologists, Social Workers).
The basic services of the EGYA offices are the following:
- Cooperation with candidates that seek a job
- Creation of a professional profile of each employee candidate
- Finding a suitable job for each candidate
- Communication and cooperation with each employer
- Continuous employee and employer support throughout the duration of their professional relationship
