The Board of Directors and Overseeing Counsil, as established by the General Assembly held on September 29th 2024
The Panhellenic Federation of Limited Liability Social Cooperatives, constitutes the secondary level of organization and representation of the Social Cooperatives in national level. Purpose of POKoiSPE is the establishment of the institution of the Social Cooperatives, the promotion of the institution of social entrepreneurship and the support of individuals from vulnerable social groups to find solutions in the field of professional integration and rehabilitation.
On September 29, 2024, the Electoral Accountability General Assembly of POKoiSPE was held. After the election of the new members to the administrative bodies, the Board of Directors and the Overseeing Counsil were assembled as per the below composition:

The Board of Directors of POKoiSPE, in its first session committed to perform every possible effort for the strengthening of the Social Cooperatives, the observance and implementation of the statutory principles of the Federation, and for the promotion of matters of social economy and social entrepreneurship, both at the National and European level.
