"Evaluation of the project as a whole and its results"

Sub-project 3 concerned the assignment, through a summary tender, to a specialized contractor, the actions that evaluated the progress of the Action with the existence of an independent, objective and properly documented evaluation of its quantitative and qualitative implementation. The achievement of the objectives, general and individual (at the level of Action and sub-projects) and the degree of response of the actions to the intended objectives were also examined.
